I think I need to be hit over the head. For some reason it doesn't matter how exhausted I am when I go to sleep or how long I give myself to be asleep, I wake up exhausted.

Ugh!

Gotta stop doing that!

Maybe you need a sleep number bed...? But seriously, I know I started sleeping better last year, when we replaced the mattress I had had since 1987. Space foam pillows are teh shizzle, too.

My mattress is fairly new and rather comfy, but you might be on to something with the pillows. I may have to check that out. hmmm.....
