Will Ms. Procrastinator Please Stand Up?

Well, EMU isn't striking today, but could be striking tomorrow if an agreement isn't reached by midnight tonight. I'm hoping for an agreement. Otherwise the paper I just wrote was almost for nothing at the moment. :)

I forgot what a procrastinator I am when it comes to writing thing. It was an easy task that didn't take a long time to do, but was started at like 12. In between showering, making lunch, reading the articles, eating lunch, cleaning the lunch dishes, emailing, posting on LJ, and a conversation with E about attendance policies at universities, it took like 3 hours. :) Lets not forget the misc thoughts I was having here and there. Hopefully for my sake I will be able to curb this. Although I will say that none of this would've been possible without a good night sleep. I actually got in 8 hours. THANK SOMEBODY! Now if only I can keep this up. That is what will kill me. It's hard to concentrate on no sleep and I feel better when I sleep. I just need to figure out how to trick my body into sleeping. Eeks!

I used to write the papers for my English class the morning before they were due. I would hammer out a rough draft and maybe do a little minor editing as I recopied it so it would be legible.

This got a B in English Comp.

Being raised by an English teacher has its advantages.

The actual time put in to writing it wasn't very long. It's the procrastinating issues that is the problem. I got my degree in English, so writing a 2-3 page paper isn't difficult, I am just easily distracted.
